The Chef
CLAUDIA PESSARRODONA PELLICER
Our chef Clàudia has a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Arts from the University of the Basque Culinary Center, in the Basque Country. She is young, fresh and innovative and has gained experience working for top chefs all over the place. His style fuses local gastronomy with Nordic, and bases his cuisine on quality and local, organic products, creating menus adapted to the season.
